Arizona Monuments has built a reputation based on quality and customer service, and we especially want to make things right for our customers if something goes wrong during the manufacturing or shipping of our products.
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
Arizona Monuments’ products come with a manufacturers warranty for any faulty workmanship and any cracks or breaks as a result of transportation. If you are not fully satisfied when your memorial is delivered then simply let us know and we will inspect the product if it’s local or have you send us pictures if it’s not local and we’ll make a claim with the manufacturer. We also work closely with cemeteries and funeral homes where our memorials are being delivered and ask that they inspect them before installation. Please email support@arizonamonuments.com to initiate a warranty claim.
Issues with installation as well as normal wear and tear of the memorial, such as exposure to the elements, after installation are not covered under the warranty.
LIMITATION ON DAMAGES:
The following warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms or conditions, express, implied or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by Arizona Monuments and its Partners. Arizona Monuments and its Partners shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory, even if Arizona Monuments and its Partners have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose.
Arizona Monuments and its Partners’ entire liability shall be limited to replacement or repair at their sole option. However, some countries, states, or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may be limited in their application to you. When implied warranties may not be excluded in their entirety, they will be limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that may vary depending on local law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
RETURNS POLICY:
All of Arizona Monuments’ products are custom and made-to-order and therefore are not eligible for a return. In the case of a defect or broken product, please refer to the Warranty Information above.
